או לגבי דבר מסוים.
אמונות מתבססות בהרבה מקרים על מסרים חיצוניים לנו.
רוב האמונות נוצרות בגיל 0-7 והן מוטבעות בתוכנו כאקסיומה מוחלטת.
אלו גילאים בהם אין עוררין על מסרים שאנחנו קולטים מהסביבה אפילו ללא מילים.
רוב אמונות הבסיס לא מודעות ומשפיעות עלינו לאורך כל חיינו עד שנייצר תהליכי מודעות.
האמונות שלנו מייצרות רטט שמושך אירועים שיאשרו שאכן האמונה נכונה.
