המעבר בין עמדה של מובסות של חוויית “לא מגיע לי” לבין תובענות של חוויית “מגיע לי” הוא לא מורגש וקורה ללא מודעות.
המעבר למצב של “אני ראוי” נעשה מתוך מודעות, בחירה ולקיחת אחריות.

תינוק, כשהוא נולד, יודע שהוא ראוי למענה מלא לצרכים שלו. הוא פגיע ותלוי באופן טוטאלי.
הוא צריך שיאכילו אותו, יחבקו אותו, יחממו אותו ויקשיבו לצרכים שלו.
ברור לכולנו שהוא ראוי לזה.
כשהוא מבקש מענה לצרכים שלו ולא מקבל מענה,
משהו בתוכו בידיעה הברורה שהוא ראוי לכל הטוב שבעולם מתחיל להיסדק.
ואז הוא יגדל וירגיש שהוא לא ראוי וחסר ערך.
עם הזמן הוא יהיה מובס, מרצה ומוותר על עצמו
או תובעני שמנסה לקחת בכוח את מה שהוא רוצה.

ברמה של הצדק ברור שהוא ראוי ליחס יפה ומענה מלא לצרכים שלו. בפועל זה לא קרה.
אפשר לדמות את זה לבנק קוסמי של ראויות.
כשתינוק נולד יש לו חשבון בנק כזה ויש לו זכות למשוך כסף או ראויות מהחשבון.
בגלל שהוא תינוק ולא הולך לבנק בעצמו ההורים שלו הם אלו שמושכים או לא מושכים עבורו.
אם כך כשההורים לא מעניקים כראוי לילד שלהם הכסף נשאר בבנק. הוא עדיין מגיע לאותו אדם, והוא יכול למשוך את הכסף הזה ברגע שמישהו יספר לו שיש לו שם כסף. בבנק הזה מצטבר כסף באופן אוטומטי כי כולנו ראויים,
אבל לא רק.
מצטבר עוד כסף כשאנחנו בנתינה.
כל פעם שאנחנו נותנים או מעניקים משהו למישהו נאגרת עבורנו ראויות בבנק הקוסמי ואנחנו נהיים ראויים יותר.
לא בטוח שנרגיש את זה בתוכנו אבל זה יהיה קיים עבורנו.
אנחנו נשקם את הידיעה שאנחנו ראויים לכל הטוב ולמענה מלא לצרכים שלנו מעצם היותנו קיימים.
